As the golden years start to come into view and our body begins to slow down it is important to keep moving and work on your muscle strength and flexibility .

Our program is designed to offer you a fun and safe workout that won't cause you to have unnecessary impact on the joints. Although we will keep the session low impact, it does not mean that we aren't going to work you...living longer and stronger is the goal.

​

We will also work on your posture and balance and help you to keep your mind sharp with coordination drills and mind to muscle relationships. Understanding your body and how it works helps as you age so you can identify how and what is working.

​

Our gym is on ground level so there are no stairs to climb to come inside and we have lots of space to move around in our classes and safely participate in fun routines.

​

This is a class where you won't be treated like a senior but rather a person who has just gotten a little older. Where respect and courtesy has been lost in some parts of our society you deserve to be treated like an adult, a human, and a person who lived through a lot.
